Winter Apple Salad with Pan-Seared Halloumi

- 1 large Apple (e.g., Honeycrisp), sliced thin
- 100g Mixed Greens or Spinach
- 30g Pecans or Walnuts
- Apple cider vinegar
- Maple syrup
- Olive oil
Instructions
**Sear Cheese:** Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat (no oil needed usually). Fry Halloumi slices for 2-3 mins per side until golden brown. Remove.
**Warm Apples (Optional but nice):** Throw the apple slices in the warm pan for just 1 minute to take the chill off.
**Assemble:** Toss greens with dressing. Top with warm cheese, apples, and nuts.
