- 1 Granny Smith apple or Bosc pear
- 60g toasted pecans or candied pecans
- 1 recipe Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing or Pomegranate Vinaigrette
- 85g mixed greens
- 60g soft goat cheese or feta (omit for vegan)
Instructions
Cut and seed the pomegranate.
Thinly slice the shallot and apple (toss apple with lemon juice to prevent browning if desired).
Toast the pecans to bring out nutty flavor, or make glazed pecans.
