  • 1 pc pomegranate
  • 1 pc shallot
  • 1 pc Granny Smith apple (or Bosc pear)
  • 60 g pecans (toasted or candied pecans)
  • 1 pc Apple Cider Dressing
  • 85 g mixed greens
  • 60 g goat cheese (soft. alternativly feta)

Instructions

  1. Cut and seed the pomegranate.

  2. Thinly slice the shallot and apple (toss apple with lemon juice to prevent browning if desired).

  3. Toast the pecans to bring out nutty flavor, or make glazed pecans.

  4. Prepare Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing or Pomegranate Vinaigrette.

  5. Place greens on a platter; top with pomegranate seeds, shallot, pecans, and cheese; toss with desired amount of dressing.
