Poached Egg
A very nice and creamy topping for a breakfast bun.

Instructions
Bring water in a small pan or pot to simmer.
Crack the egg in to a small kitchen sieve over a plate. Swirl it a few seconds, such that the watery egg-whites are dropping on the plate.
Place the sieve with the egg in to the water. No need of swirling the water or adding vinegar. Cook for 3-5 minutes, depending on the state of the egg yolk that should be achieved. 3 minutes result in a liquid eqq-yolk, while 5 has the outer part of the egg-yolk forming a waxy layer.
