Ingredients
- 400 g Potatoes
- 2 pc Salmon fillets
- 10 pc green asparagus
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180° circulating air. In the meantime, wash the potatoes, peel and cut into pieces. Easily mix it with oil and spice the tuber gold with our Roasted Garlic spice and a pinch of chili-lime salt. In the preheated oven bake about 30-40 minutes golden brown and crispy.
In the meantime rinse the salmon well under cold water and dry with some kitchen paper. Season the salmon with the two spice mixtures. Cut off the asparagus as they are very woody.
15 minutes before the potatoes are finished, put the raw asparagus in a pot with water and let it simmer. At the same time, add some oil into a pan and add the spiced salmon. If the salmon fillet still has skin, roast the salmon first on this side, it stays juicy and the skin becomes crispy. Depending on the thickness of the salmon fillet, the fish needs about 10 minutes at medium heat.
Take the potatoes from the oven, the al dente boiled asparagus from the pot and the juicy salmon from the pan and taste everything with some fresh lemon juice. You can also add a little chili-lime salt. Ready!
