Colliflower Soup

- 1 Calliflower
- 3 Carrots
- 2 Onions
- 2 Garliccloaths
- 150 g Parmesan
- Broth
Instructions
Cut the Onions and Garlic in small cubes. Peel the carrots and shred them.
Free the Calliflower of the green leaves and cut into pieces.
Put some olive oil into a saucepan and fry the onions. Add the carrots and stir until the carrots are soft.
Now add the Garlic and Calliflower. Fry until the Califlower gets a little bit of colour.
Add roughly 500 ml of broth and cook for roughly 30 minutes.
Blend everything into a dense soup. Afterwords add the cheese and cook until all chese is melted.
Spice with pepper, salt and paprika.
