- 1 pc Romaine heart
- 140 g leafy lettuce
- 1 pc shallot
- 1 English cucumber (240g; chopped)
- 75 g cherry tomatoes
- 80 g green olives (halved)
- 80 g jarred pepperoncini (sliced)
- 25 g Parmesan (shavings)
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
Make the Homemade Italian Dressing.
Chop romaine and lettuce; thinly slice shallot; peel and chop cucumber; slice tomatoes and olives in half.
Mix all salad ingredients together with the dressing and toss to combine (refrigerate components separately if preparing ahead, then bring dressing to room temperature before serving).
