Avocado Tuna Salad
This recipe swaps traditional mayonnaise for nutrient-rich avocado as a healthier alternative. Avocados are full of heart-healthy good fats and rich in fiber, making this a nutritious take on the classic tuna salad. The dish comes together in just 10 minutes and serves 2 people.

- 1 140g can white meat tuna
- ½ celery rib (40g; finely chopped)
- 20 g red onion (finely chopped)
- 45 g dill pickles (2 pickles) (chopped)
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- Fresh ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
Drain the tuna and place in a bowl, using a fork to break apart any large clumps.
Roughly chop the avocado, and finely chop the celery, red onion, and dill pickles.
Mix all ingredients together, and serve immediately before avocado browns from air exposure.
