  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp apple cider or white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 90ml olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare candied pecans in advance if using homemade versions.

  2. Make the dressing by whisking maple syrup, vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper in a medium bowl. Whisk in olive oil one tablespoon at a time until creamy.
